I lived at The Franklin for 4 years, only leaving after moving out of the city. It is a beautiful building with staff that go above and beyond. It is at a great location and you are in short walking distance to grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and all forms of public transportation. With everything from package deliveries, to maintenance orders being fulfilled, to UberEats drop offs, to frequent resident social events, they make living here mindless, easy, and fun. I could not recommend this place to someone enough!
