I'm currently offshore in the gulf my wife is home with two small children. The car broke down. The staff at this location won't rent to her, claiming she doesn't meet their requirements because we don't have a utility bill in her name.

I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Grayson Loyd at the Slidell location. Super friendly, very professional. Made my pick up fast and easy When I returned, a gentleman by the name of Kendrick Dickson took care of my drop off, again, he made it fast and easy which is super helpful! Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking

My recent experience was very gratifying, especially because of the manner I was treated by Brittany and laer on by De'Nauya. Accidentally my house keys had fallen through a hole in one of the cups in the car and I tried to retrieve them. While doing this I had a cut in two of my fingers and I bled- these two ladies showed sincere concern and apologized profusely; besides, they made sure I received a discount on the final bill (very much appreciated)

I know you can drive one way in place in the US. Not sure about driving to Canada. I feel like you can as long as you can return it to Enterprise you should be able to.. Hope this helps.
I have never seen a car with manual transmission, but you can request one.
The shop is small and very busy. The pick ups come after the in shop customers are taken care of. I have had the happen a few times and it can be very frustrating. But they are still.my go to shop because they work to get it right.
I am the driver for Enterprise. We pick up in Slidell, Pearl River, and parts of Lacombe. As mentioned, if you need to be picked up, call 30 mins before you need to be picked up. If you need to be picked up first thing we open at 7:30. Call at 7:30 and someone will be sent your way. We also drop off as well.
They have several used car locations selling Enterprise cars. Google them.
If you call them I think they do run a weekend special but I think you only get a couple hundred miles.

Driver's license and a credit card. No charges applied to card until you turn vehicle in. At turn in you can pay with card or cash.
Need a card but there are no charges until you return the vehicle at which time you can pay cash.

With enterprise you can get a rental without having insurance....you can get coverage from them for different amounts depending on coverage the basic is like $18 a day in have used it
