I'm giving two stars because any other time I can get help there and there is always someone up front. Yesterday although was a different story, there was no one up front behind the counter. I used self check out, looked up and seen card only I wanted to cancel the order and pay with cash but there was no one in sight. There should always be someone up front for this matter. I used to go in and there would be plenty of people working. Where is everyone? I'm so glad you guys have such GREAT customer service. I dont know if I'll come back or not yeah I'm still thinking. But that's my thoughts on the situation, so I had to over draft my account which I never wanted to do!!!!!!! So I think you for the GREATEST customer service from you guys!!!!!

Store is great but pharmacy takes forever and never has prescription ready... even when I pre paid online they didn't have it ready or see I had already paid????

Severely understaffed, self-checkouts constantly down. Long wait times at the pharmacy. Good product selection for a rural CVS.

Kudos to the young lady working the testing lane at the EASTON ROAD OTTSVILLE PA location. Was very nice and patient during the testing process. Very much appreciated.
