I lived there for a year, and had numerous issues. Firstly, my car was broken into several times & my catalytic converter was sawed off the bottom of my car. Management was notified and our building requested cameras in the parking lots as it was a common issue. Management first said they did not want to install cameras, and then said it would take at least a year to get them installed. Once we notified the complex that we were moving out, it seemed as though they took every opportunity they could to get more of our money. Even when we moved out, I called the office to make sure they received our keys and was told they had all been received. Then, they fined me for not returning all of the keys (even though they had preciously confirmed they had been returned). It is painfully obvious that they will prioritize profits over anything else. I truly cannot express how much I would NOT recommend this complex. If you have literally any other housing options, I recommend pursuing them.
