I've been living here for about 2years now and no one has been as helpful as Dominica!!! I've had a couple of problems here and there and she's been right on it. Every time I stop by she greets me with a big smile! Can't forget about Brenda and Laura ALL ROCKSTARS!!!!

That Dominica person in the office likes to flirt with my husband everytime she sees him hes told me multiple times which is confusing because Ive had complaints about smoking accusations but her boyfriend that picks her up everyday sits outside smoking weed in his car! She should be embarrassed flirting with married men and getting away with it! This place is a joke definitely will be moving out and don’t recommend to anyone especially woman who dont want to be disrespected and stolen from!

Burnsville does not allow any combustible materials to be used or stored within 25 feet of the building structure. For this reason, we have provided charcoal grills near the picnic area in the courtyard so that residents can still enjoy barbeques outside!
Yes, Comcast/Xfinity is our preferred provider for these services and we even have special pricing and a dedicated customer care representative for Stone Grove! Please call the office for his number.
We require a 60-day written notice, which you are responsible for, prior to move-out. If you need to move-out at the end of your lease term, please remember to come in 60 days prior to the lease expiring to provide your written notice.

Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is two times the rent amount plus $100. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.
You can pay rent by setting up your online account on our website. This allows you to use a bank account (no fee) or credit card (with fee) to make payments.
Security deposit is $500, applications can be subject to a non-refundable conditional approval fee of $300 if conditionally approved. The security deposit is non-refundable after 72 hours of application.
You will pay Xcel Energy directly for electricity and Xfinity/Comcast directly for any phone or internet services. From us, you will receive a monthly bill in the mail that will include any rent charges as well as your water/sewer usage which is payable directly to us on your monthly charges.
Applications may be found under the “floor plans” tab of our property website, or you can stop in the office for a paper application during business hours.
Application fees are $50 per person 18 and older occupying the apartment. You may pay these online by credit card, or in person with a personal check or cashier’s check. We do not accept money orders. All application fees are nonrefundable.
