Terrible sales practices. The general sales manager David Casebolt treats the salespeople like garbage. Someone came up to ask him a question and instead of answering the questions he parked us with the salesman. It was a very uncomfortable interaction. We were there with two cars in mind that met what we were looking for. Neither of those cars were available so we were going to head to another dealership. Instead of letting us walk, the manager David took the place of our salesman and started listing off vehicles that didn’t work for what we were looking for. He didn’t ask us ANY questions about what we wanted and instead tried telling us what we needed. When I told him some of the specifics I was looking for, he spoke to me like a child. Telling me that I need to compromise on some of these items such as color and features. I informed him how condescending he was and walked out at the point. Read the recent reviews. It sounds like this was a good dealership until new ownership took over and then it went downhill. Lots of complaints about cars having issues after purchase. Between that and the shady sales practices, I’d stay far away from this place. P.S - David it good sales practice to listen 80% of the time and talk 20%. You should be finding vehicles that fit the needs of your customers, not pressuring customers to purchase what you’re trying to unload that week. Also, the sales team looks more like servers at Olive Garden. Change up the uniform so they will be taken seriously.
