I just purchased my second vehicle from this location. Both gm Tenesia and the sales person Jennifer are amazing. They got me into a newer vehicle and the process was pretty painless and easy. This location is top notch and gave me great customer service.

Don’t waste your time here. They will just send you a junkyard car filled with junkyard parts. Then they’ll refuse to fix any damages that don’t conform to what they feel it should have. You can get cars from MANY other places even with horrible credit and not have to deal with the fact these people will kick you down lower than you already are with debt and extremely unreliable cars. Then when they do agree to fix it, it takes them weeks to send parts to the shop to actually fix it leaving you possibly getting fired from your job. Meanwhile the shop will be entirely capable to fix the car same day. But carhop will take days, weeks, even months to approve repairs. Take your chances elsewhere. Minnesota would be better without carhop. Also, no offense to the shops working with carhop, as a matter of fact I feel bad for you too. I really hope carhops reign ends soon for all of us to have some peace of mind.
