Depending on the time of the day this place is usually quite good. I like how they get a ticket for how i want my hair to be cut. Don't even have to describe the style, very convenient!

My son and I came in today and there were only two ladies. Ms. Escobar cut my son's hair and she was very rude and didn't follow our request and we spoke to her in Spanish. My hair stylist was also having a bad day. She was more pleasant, but said that she didn't like her work schedule or the POS system in their computer. Customers should not have to deal with bad service because of their company's poor management. This is the last time that we go there! They seemed to be a hurry. I would not recommend this place and much less Ms. Escobar to anyone planning to visit. I remember when 8 or 10 dollar haircuts were done right and with a good conversation! These ladies should not work there if they are not happy, because we were definitely not happy with the results or service level!

I signed in through the app at 7pm. Told me it was a 28 mins wait. I arrived at 7:30pm and was turned away regardless of signing in through the app. Why have app sign in when you are going to turn away customers.
