I tried to call for a refill on my contact prescriptions, I called 3 times 2 hours prior to them closing and I received no answer. Didn’t even receive a call back. I will have to visit the store which will hopefully not be an issue but it shouldn’t be so difficult to pick up a call.

Very nice staff and are always ready to help you and work with your budget. Totally recommend. By the way, they help with small alterations, too. Appreciated a lot their help with a small matter with my new pair of glasses: fixed in 5 minutes and ready to go.

The secretary was sick. she had a cough, mucus and she never put a mask on her face. the optometrist “Alan” Lee seems to laugh at the discomfort of our eyes and he told me that he had something like pupu in my eyes, he touched my eye without putting gloves on his hands or washing his hands. They are the worst... unprofessional and unconscious people. If I get sick and infect my baby at home, it was your fault. Follow the basic rules of COVID and do not work coughing people in their face without a mask. The message you send to your patients should be practiced by you too: “For everyone's safety we kindly ask you to reschedule if you have been ill or traveled outside the US. Only patients and guardians in the office. MASK REQUIRED” You are the worst!!!

No they do not
Called a few mins ago they said turn around for lenses is 2-6 weeks. They have to send everything out to San Antonio as they no longer have in office labs.
