I absolutely love Primrose. I have a son who is 13 who went there for preschool/after school care when he was younger and fell in love! Now that I have a 3.5 year old she of course goes to Primrose as well! They are amazing and Ms. Cookie and the staff are amazing!

My 3 year old daughter loves her teachers and always talk about her day after school. She surprised me one day, she came home reciting the Pledge of Allegiance and telling me about the rules of the roost and other classroom puppets. She said her favorite puppet is Molly the Cow, which is being gentle to herself and others, she said. Knowing these small details about her experience in the classroom, makes me feel happy and feel secure, knowing she knows a lot of good things and in the learning environment. She made a lot of friends in her classroom as well, and the teachers are very welcoming. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a very welcoming facility for your children.

Zero transparency. My daughter ended up in underwear that didn't belong to her, they didn't even call! Any issues I had with them, they deflected. The director clearly lied to my face about a conversation that never transpired about my child. Completely Unprofessional. If you care about your child do not send them here.

My child was immediately withdrawn from this daycare after they negligently left him in a high chair unattended and he fell out. After this incident they left him in a bouncer 8+ hours “for his safety”. The director is unprofessional and rude. Highly recommend going anywhere else.
