My experience at the Store was horrible. My husband and I wanted to buy two sets of beds and their mattresses $1000+ sets a $999 dining room set and other stuff and we talked to the staff to see if they could give us a good price they said no. Ok we accepted it but on Facebook they said delivery free and in the store it wasn't like that they charged us $225 dollars ok we accepted again but apart from that they charged us the taxes of the bone delivery there was not and was not the slightest flexibility, and when we talked to the girl that he was going to charge us, he said no, that was how we took it or left it, and we left upset without buying anything. How is it possible that some clients will make a purchase of almost 5,000 dollars and there will be no agreement or flexibility? I mean very bad experience

They are charged me 25% because i ask for a refund on a order i didn't get yet told i want my money back
That just happened to us too! Seems like it's a pattern! We purchased an office desk and guess what's missing....THE LEGS! We told their store and let them know about the missing legs for the desk, they don't even apologize and do not follow up! Terrible experience! Never again! They really just want the money and nothing else!
Same! HORRIBLE company! I was completely taken advantage of and when I tried to complain to the manager in the store, she wouldn’t come out and called the police! I’m still in disbelief a company can treat people this way!

I had the same horrible experience. Had a problem with a mattress and all they say is there is nothing they can do for me as all sales are final! These people are thieves!
