Horrible customer service! I keeped calling for upholstery repairs (which I have questions) and was being sent to voicemail. Girl just disregarded my call. No specific name of person I could talk too or extension for department provided?

I had the same horrible experience. Had a problem with a mattress and all they say is there is nothing they can do for me as all sales are final! These people are thieves!
