That just happened to us too! Seems like it's a pattern! We purchased an office desk and guess what's missing....THE LEGS! We told their store and let them know about the missing legs for the desk, they don't even apologize and do not follow up! Terrible experience! Never again! They really just want the money and nothing else!

Yes that happened to me still no have no Responder was ok for take my money still no delivery .

Same here!! I bought a mattress, didn’t receive what what was sold to me and then they told me there is nothing they can do for me because all sales are final! I asked even if I didn’t get what I saw on the showroom floor, nope, all sales final even then! These people are crooks! Buyer beware!!
