Unbelievable customer service. I’m not saying the customer service was bad, just couldn’t get things done. I just want to transfer my physical sim from old phone to e-sim for my new 14 pro. They made me wait 2 hours for nothing, not helping but creating more problems and wasting time. Furious at max. I went home chatting with a Xfinity online agent, who had helped me set up the e-sim successfully. He said the agent at the store created issues by putting the wrong number. I don’t want to be mean but this is unacceptable. Thanks for making my life more difficult today.
