I like the high integrity standards of the organization.

One star is too high. I've issued several complaints about companies who get repeated reviewed as unfair to customers. I got one call back from a half dozen companies, an admission of extremely poor practices and no recourse. I don't know if this establishment is understaffed or has no meaningful recourse toward their members but I've seen member companies abuse customers frequently leaving them helpless. This organization should be replaced by a government agency with punitive and investigatory powers.

This should be zero Stars. Do not use Consumer Cellular. I was lied to four times in the last four days. They told me I was talking to a supervisor which turned out to be a lie every time because it was just a different representative. They told me one time that they would return my data speed back to normal after they slowed it completely down to being unusable and it never happened. I called back twice more and asked to speak to a supervisor and told I was connected to a supervisor and after talking to them for several minutes they informed me that they were not a supervisor and my issue was never resolved. They said I used 50 GB of data four times and I told them my phone only showed 25 gigs of data. When they say unlimited data they are lying just like every other company which I would understand if they had told me the truth and not said they were going to return it to regular speed and then three times tell me I was talking to a supervisor when I wasn't. Slowing down my data because I used too much I can understand Maybe but they shouldn't say Unlimited and they shouldn't tell you you're talking to a supervisor when you're not. Lie lie lie that's all they did. If enough people stood up to these companies for not telling the truth maybe something would change. I will be finding another carrier just because of the lies.

Is Zbrick a reputable business and are the a BBB member? Any negaive or positive remarks?
The BBB has a website specifically for complaints I'm not sure what the web address is I don't work there I have a friend who does you can submit a written complaint to the attorney general's office I myself have done that

They should be doing repairs and charging people that did not request them to provide the service
Being an online-only business makes getting information about it significantly harder. Additionally, if the company does something with your money that you don't approve of, it will be significantly harder to get any recourse action taken. When it comes to your money you may want to stick to something local. In the meantime, here are some negative feedback snippets that you may want to read: https://appgrooves.com/app/albert-save-and-spend-smarter-by-albert-corporation/negative
Check their website. I think it is BBB.org.
Yes
Steven, Home Service Plus offered by CenterPoint Energy is much like an insurance plan: you pay in with the hopes of never having to need it, but when you do need it the service is there. If you never need the service then your money basically just goes away. So yes, it is legal, just the same as your homeowners and car insurance is legal.
I dont remember what company
Hi Juan, We don't have a file on that company, but we recommend being cautious about this company. It is not on a list of retailers at the address you provided: https://www.33southsixthcitycenter.com/main.cfm?sid=amenities&pid=oamenities Here is some information about timeshare resell scams. They are prevalent, especially when someone is contacting you out of the blue: https://www.bbb.org/article/news-releases/20055-bbb-warns-consumers-of-bogus-timeshare-resale-companies If you have any further questions, our team can help you over the phone at 651-699-1111.
Go to their website and look it up. I apologize for not being able to get more specific with you.
While NetSpend Corporation has an A rating with the Texas BBB (that's where they are headquartered) they are not an accredited business. They also currently have a 1.1-ish star rating out of 692 reviews (as of 4/12/19). While "your milage may vary" I would advise caution before using their services. You're welcome to read more here: https://www.bbb.org/us/tx/austin/profile/prepaid-debit-cards/netspend-corporation-0825-53229
Good morning! Yes, RoadLoans and roadloans.com both are registered with the Minnesota Secretary of State to do business here. The company, however, is based out of Dallas, TX under the name "Santander Consumer USA Inc" where they currently have an A- rating as of 4/3/2019.
This is very likely a scam. Upon looking at the website it looks very poorly and quickly constructed. I recommend starting away from this "company".
The only reference I'm able to find about them is a company based in Utah.
Aside from being an initially shady deal on the seller's side, if that person has a legit complaint on your (buyer's) company it would be processed as usual. We always verify the legitimacy of every complaint.
They are a timeshare exiting company.
The department of labor would be your best bet.
Hi Mary, There is a website dedicated to the Wells Fargo settlement with that address. You may see their information here: https://www.wfsettlement.com/
A phone call to the BBB Monday morning.
You can contact the Minnesota housing authority and there is also a rental or renters advocacy group you can probably find their information online..
Hi, Mary. Is there anything we can do to help? https://www.bbb.org/us/tn/nashville/profile/auto-repair/bridgestone-retail-operations-llc-0573-16318
Hi, Janice. The company holds an A- rating (go.bbb.org/2IRwVmr). You can always research companies at bbb.org. Thanks for writing!
Hi, Steven. Maybe we can help. We encourage people to speak with the company first before submitting a formal complaint through us. If you feel you've exhausted all of your options to resolve the dispute, we will work with you and the company to find a mutually agreeable resolution. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. https://www.bbb.org/ask/complaints
Call 15 minutes before you leave for break. Ask that they please have pizza in the warmer when you get there. I worked for them for 4 years, it can get hectic in the kitchen, but if it's a busy time of day, they need to have 3 or 4 in there at a time. And, unfortunately, some employees are just clueless and lazy. You could also talk to the store manager. Suing them isn't worth the effort. Talk it out.
BBB has found that most "work from home" offers are not legitimate and should be avoided.
