We are new to burnsville, it hasn't been easy moving to a different place and leaving our hometown but living here has made everything feel so much better. We definitely feel welcomed and a part of the community. The managers/maintenance and our neighbors have been so welcoming. We feel right at home

We lived here for 4 years. Tanya and Terry are incredible property managers who made an apartment a true home, and if we hadn't got a house we would never have left. Maintenance issues were addressed quickly and without making us feel like a burden, and we ended up getting a good chunk of our deposit back just with basic cleaning!

I have lived here for about 8 years now and I have nothing but good to say about these apartments and everyone that works here. Any time I have had issues they have been completely understanding and helped me on their part as fast as possible. My daughter absolutely adores the office ladies. Updates look amazing the pool, laundry etc I'd always clean, and the community is phenomenal. Probably one of the best places I have lived

I have lived at Willoway Apartments for about 8 years and have been pleased with my living experience, and if I have had problems in my apartment, maintenance has been prompt with the repairs, Lucio is very friendly and does a great job. Terri the caretaker/Leasing is always very friendly when you see her in the hallways and greets you, and she is also very helpful if she is working in the office and will get the answers or help that you need, she also takes pride in the appearance of the building and keeps it very clean. So Terri I would have to say is a great asset to your company. Tanya the Property Manager has always been very helpful and friendly to me as well. Thank you Willoway!! Tammy
