When we first moved here, management was great and we had no issues. Greystar bought us out and we became a part of Avana West Park which proved to be nothing but a downgrade. Office staff was not helpful, unresponsive, and tried to dismiss you as soon as they could. Pet waste bins and trash cans were hardly ever emptied, which over time began to overflow. Overall just seemed to be a lack of care to the property. We have since moved out, but the battle with Avana West Park continues. We were charged for numerous things, including carpet pet urine damage. Their "proof" of the pet urine damage shows places not even accessible by our pet, EX: where our bed and couch were. This place is not worth it. There are many better options in the area that will actually treat you right.

Avoid this place like a plague. Unprofessional services. They'll charge you for anything. My rent went from $1208 to $1886. How insane is that!? The whole place smells like a cheap hotel. When we moved in, it even had black molds! Safety is at the bottom of their priority. Multiple break-ins, windows shattered everywhere in the "secured" garage. Not a single camera anywhere. I guess they'll let anybody in right now, no background check is needed. Credit when credit's due. Alexis was professional, attentive,and friendly. Now the staffs are just incompetent.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Packages get stolen by the residents left and right and the staff tells you that it’s not their problem. The laundry facilities are always broken down and not fully functional as well as dirty. The common areas are always trashed and unclean. And the rates they offer are over priced for what you get as a tenant. Please reconsider if you were thinking of renting here.

If you want a terrible customer service and love loud noises that reminded you of living in the Bronx, YOU ARE AT THE RIGHT PLACE!!! Imagine going away for a peaceful 4th of July weekend and come back to find out that you've been charged $195 for late fees because a highly responsible and competent employee forgot to put utilites as part of your bills. Then, this highly competent individual told you that there's nothing they can do about it. Love it. May be you'll love living with a thin celing so you can hear all the foot steps. Perhaps, your wonderful first floor neighbors blasted his 200W speaker in the morning. Edit 1: Alexis was our point of contact and she was nothing but amazing. I wish she was still here. May be they can learn a thing or two about customer service from her.
