THEY HAVE ROACHES AND IGNORED IT FOR OVER 3 MONTHS DESPITE MULTIPLE CALLS! Do not trust them! We lived here for 8 years. The first 3 years we lived there were great. Then every thing started going down hill, after it was sold for the 3rd time. Now they are on the 4th management company. Trying to get maintenance in has been extremely difficult. Getting the management company to answer the phone is nearly impossible. I had to call over 15 times for them to answer. Take pictures of everything Including your deposit check and save it, because they will try to screw you out of it and checkthe lease paperworkto makesurethey have written what you paid!!! Take move in and move out photos and video. The staff may be friendly, but the company is awful. They don't take care of the garbage bins, they change it on Thursday and leave it until Monday overflowing and godforbid it is a holiday weekend nothing gets done. You have to call multiple times to get any remote chance of getting something done. When my SO found a roach In The hallway of the building I called and was blown off, I called again a couple weeks later and was ignored again, the roaches spread and spread, and eventually after dozens of calls and complaints after 3 months, they finally sent out a letter saying they would check for them. The guy came in said he didn't see anything (we did have them by that point but I had to put out my own roach killer becausethe building management wouldn't listen). I called and had him come back out and actually pit out the professional roach killer, he said he would be back in a week. I had to call several more times to get them to come out over a month later. That all started about 5 months before we moved out. If you have questions please ask I will Answer. Do not trust the company!

We love living here ! Since we arrived all the people at the office helped us to move in as quick as possible, specially Tyresse. When we moved in, we found a lot of problems in the apartment, we spoke to Tyresse about it and him and the maintenance staff helped us to fix all the problems in less than a week. We haven’t had problems with the apartment since then. In every inconvenience we’ve had the staff at the office has helped us a 100%. We are very happy to live here and I’d like to give a special mention to Tyresse, because he’s the type of worker who you want to deal with if you have an inconvenience. He is very honest, takes responsibility and he is extremely helpful. Thanks to all the staff who has helped me and my husband in everything!

In a time crunch the Felix provided us some reassurance! We had the pleasure of having Alexis, Tanesha and Tyrese when we came to visit they were all super nice and made you feel welcomed!! We ended up applying at the time of visit and and now are getting settled into our new home. They made the process super easy and the moving transition super smooth! Thank you Felix Team

Questions & Answers

Are water, heat , trash included in rent?

Water and trash are added to the rent in the residential portal in an itemized receipt. But they say you are a month behind when you move out, so you have to pay for the moth after you move out but they won't tell you about the 2nd month after you left they take it out of your deposit. Even though you pay for every month you are there.

They ask about it on the application, I think it depends on the offense.

You don't want to, the buildings are in desperate need of repairs especially the garages, but they don't do anything about it until they get 'multiple' complaints meaning .about half the residents will need to complain before it will get attention.
