Will definitely NOT recommend anyone to live here. So many problems! Since day one, the actual floor underneath the carpet smells which mean the whole apartment smells like an old wet garage. Then it is freazing in the winters to the point if you complain, they bring some fake thermometer and say it’s 75 degrees which it obviously is not! 🙄 The closet doors fall off constantly. The hallways are wet and trash scattered. The front door of the building is not working for few months now. So if you have a stroller and you need to use the automatic button to leave the building, you will struggle to get the door open. The only reason we’re still here is because Mohamed is very professional and helpful. What a stressful place to live in!

EDIT: I have loved my many years here at the woods. Unfortunately due to my health concerns it is necessary for me to move closer to my family this year. I wanted to do a final review on my woods family to say how much I've appreciated the wonderful office staff (Jada, Tyler, Mo and Ishonda) as well as the always efficient maintenance crew (Jake, Mark, Jordan and David). Thank you for all your hard work and always going out of your way to fulfill any concern of mine. I would HIGHLY recommend living at the woods of burnsville if you are looking for a new home. You can feel assured that your needs will be met. Thanks to all of you! I will miss you all dearly! 2020: I have lived at the woods for my years now. The manager Tyler is great! The office takes care of any issues brought to their attention. Jada and mo are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is very efficient. I just signed another years lease and plan on being year for many more years to come!

Vary nice place to be. The staff is friendly and vary helpful especially Jada. They send out emails or fliers letting you know about up coming snow removal and other things like it. They offer alot of things on site. Go take a look. I would highly recommend living here.

I worked with Jada, she was really great about answering my million questions and breaking down everything for me so I understood exactly what I needed to do and exactly what I was going to need. She was very professional and nice. She made sure we were happy about our decision to move to the woods. She deserves a raise for how hard she works and how friendly she is.
