An emergency with my puppy I was so glad to be able to walk in and have her seen. Doc and staff took extremely great care of her from the time we walked in, surgery and evern making sure I was well prepared to take her home! Amazing place all around and if it wasn't for them my puppy wouldn't of made it! Thank you ❣️

I brought my pup to Decatur Animal Clinic after he possibly swallowed a rock and then wasn't eating and wasn't being his playful, spunky self. We waited about 40 minutes to be seen, which is way shorter than I anticipated for a walk-in service. And, our wait was very comfortable. The staff, while busy, was very welcoming and showed us much interest and compassion. Dr. Alec was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with not only his examination but also with his explanations and care in teaching me, a first time puppy momma, psychology processes to better help my puppy cope with new experiences. Hopefully we don't have any other urgent needs arise, but I'm expecting our puppy tenure will most likely bring more - I will definitely bring my pup back to Decatur Animal Clinic. I sincerely appreciate the care and compassion my pup and I both received. This experience left me with a high level of confidence in this team!
