I had an appointment for 8:30 am. There was work on the road right before the clinic and I arrived there at 8:36. While checking in, the receptionist said she would have to reschedule my appointment because they have a 5 minute late policy, and my appointment was at 8:20. I drove 35 minutes to get there, another 35 to get back home, for nothing. Their website doesn't work. There was absolutely NOBODY waiting to be seeing. I will not go back nor recommend this place. Also, doctor herself no longer works, you're seeing by PAs and the doctor signs off on paperwork. Be aware

Katie Cunha is one of the best primary care providers I've had. She is kind, compassionate, competent, and takes good care of my medical needs. I see some complaints about functional medicine from this office, and I would note that not all of the people in this office practice that type of medicine. To my knowledge, Katie's practice is evidence-based and she has never said anything or recommended anything that was not standard of care. I also see complaints about front office staff not getting back to people. I did have that experience some years ago, but have not seen that issue for years. Perhaps there were some recent staffing issues due to covid, but i've had no personal experience with communication problems. If you want a great PCP, I'd highly recommend Katie!

The people that answer the phones are rude and they lie about their names so you cant address it with them or with your doctor. I asked to talk to my doctor on Monday morning and again on Monday Afternoon with no response I called again on Wednesday afternoon and was told by this rude person on the phone that I did not call on Monday afternoon. Finally this rude person who answered the phone read to me a response the doctor I tried to explain that what she was reading was not what i needed , I needed a referral and she said i could have a phone consultation in a WEEK. After waiting 3 days for a return call. Which upset me and of course she hung up on me. do not feel some clerk should tell me I did not call when I know I did. I guess they have enough patients that they don't care how they treat people over the phone.

Terrible staff. They said it's not their job to call insurance which they do take, they are the primary care provider and insurance told them they would cover it but they keep turning us away. Haven't met the doctor but the staff literally don't have medical training to handle insurance. Pitiful there are good medical billers unemployed right now but this staff is working but uneducated.

Personally, I would take prescription meds to get my HBP in check.
