We got lucky and there was no wait on a weekday afternoon. Owner was quick and courteous. We were done in less than 30 minutes. So happy to get this done ...easy peasy!

That's what the sign says. Note this place is a little hard to find because it's behind a salon on Fair oaks boulevard about a block North of California avenue.
You don't need one, but it is recommended in order to minimize waiting time.
