Very friendly and helpful service in a timely manner from people who actually know what they're talking about. They even do awesome custom bikes and trikes. The shop covers a large spectrum of bike needs and the prices for parts and service are fair. The amount of care that goes into making sure the work is done right and the customer is happy is top notch for sure. This will be my go to shop and if you give them a chance, you will see why.

I'd purchased my bike early this year. It sat in a garage for many years so was in decent shape. I'd spent some time getting cleaning it up, getting the gears and shifters cleaned out and rode it for about 6 months. After stumbling on this bike shops existence I inquired about their services. I love my bike, but didn't have the patience to swap out the front derailleur cable and readjust both shifters. When Mark emailed to let me know it would be about a week turn around I decided to adjust the bike to my height and drop it off. The previous owner was 5'4". Being 5'9" I had to pull out the boom significantly for a proper fit. When I dropped her off, Kristi was pleasant and helpful. The length of time was longer than expected, but after getting her back I noticed the changes immediately and after a long trip out it felt like a completely different bike. Everything is tight and clean. She feels like a new bike. I am very happy with the outcome. Prices were reasonable and work was great.

Garden Treasures Farm Local farmers

Riding bikes plays a big part of our farm life here on the farm, we ride bikes in our fields, but most importantly we ride them in the local forest lands here in Arlington, and in Darrington on the DNR North Mountain Bike Trails. We have been using Arlington Velo-sport since they moved here from Stanwood maybe 10 years ago, they were a big supporter of the local bike clubs, donated time and money to volunteer trail projects and the Pilchuck Highschool bike team. I like their downtown location, lots of parking, and everything you would want from your local small business and bike shop. This shop also does a great job with group rides on road or trail, or gathering together folks for trail maintenance on the community trails (mostly in winter) The honest service department does a majority of our work, but we also do some home maintenance on our bikes. The service department gets busy and backed up during peak season demand just like any good shop, and they are closed Saturdays so keep that in mind.
