I paid $22 for a jumbo bacon cheeseburger, small onion ring, and small banana milkshake. Now, I dont mind paying good money for a good meal, but this was just... okay. First was the milkshake which was too milky and plain. Banana is by far my favorite, but I could barely taste the fruit! Next were the onion rings. Another reviewer called them the best ever. I disagree. They were small and bland. Kind of like what you would get in a cafeteria. Finally the burger was indeed fresh and tasty, but the patties were so small!

No inside dining yet, but still delicious hard ice cream cones!

The Food is absolutely delicious because it’s cooked fresh however the wait time to get your food especially on a lunch break is absolutely horrendous you literally have to wait like 15 minutes and drive through just to get food. Food is 4/5 but speed of service is a 0 The girls at window are sweet but the food being cooked takes 15 minutes on a good day. I believe there is one person back in the kitchen. The new owner. Can I offer some friendly advice and maybe you can hire extra kitchen help??? Maybe business would pick up??? It’s okay to get hired help. I have 9 years restaurant experience and I feel like the business is struggling physically to push out the orders in a timely matter and I realize it’s not fast food however why work extra hard when you can get help? I can’t imagine being one person in the back of a kitchen. Also the lady I believe owner of the establishment always has ear buds in while cooking and doesn’t seem to friendly to the nice front counter girls. Seems unprofessional and unwelcoming work environment and customer environment. It’s 2022 maybe think outside of 1961????

Best onion rings I've had in years. Literally, 25 years.. The fries must be done in bacon grease, they are delicious. Hamburgers taste of real beef - Definitely a nod to restaurants of the 1970s where quality was worth the wait and the beef was real. As is this place... The shakes were also perfect. If you have a big appetite get the larger portion sizes. The poor boy special was enough for my 24 year old son.
