Beware if you need service…….we have had the worst experience at this location. Picked our coach up a month ago and spent over an hour cleaning all the dirt off the floors and walls that the service techs tracked in. No one seems to know what is being done on these coaches by the techs. They were adamant with us that they didn’t winterize the coach but after 2 hours of no hot water my hubby found that in fact they did winterize. The service manager Jim is the worst part of the experience. He refuses to take phone calls when an issue comes up and the 1 time I was able to get him on the phone he refused to speak with me and only wanted to talk to my husband. Women beware, Jim is rude, condescending and disrespectful to women customers and his own employees. We have also found a few missing items from our coach since we brought it home. DO NOT TAKE YOUR COACH HERE FOR SERVICE!!!!!

After buying a brand new Forest River Vibe from the Monroe location, we had some serious issues that needed to be addressed right away. I called up the Smokey Pointe location and Jacqueline and Jim took care of everything! They made sure we had our trailer back in a couple days. They were very helpful and made us feel comfortable knowing any repairs would be done properly. Thanks guys!! We are loving our new Vibe “Vinny”! ❤️❤️

We bought a really nice used RV trailer, the next day we turned the TV on, put a DVD in and it did not work properly! The DVD picture was only black and white and grainy! I told the service/parts department about the problem and they gave me a refund on a new TV that I bought to replace the non working TV. Great customer service, everyone in the service/parts department was wonderful to work with, and Rob in sales was great to work with as well!

My experience at open Road was wonderful Jim the service guy and Austin treated us wonderful Austin fixed our trailer and did a fine job. We’ve been trying ever since we bought the Big Horn 2018 trying to get the floors taken care of we’ve been to many RV repair places and no one wanted to help us. Jim I feel went beyond his call of duty to help us but we totally appreciate it. If it wasn’t for him Are floor we probably would’ve gone through it was so bad.We definitely recommend open roads to anybody. Our biggest mistake was we bought the RV in California giant RV they did not want to work with us at all but if we need any more work or decide to buy a new trailer we definitely will go to “open roads.Thank you Jim and Austin.
