Yes they do. I would recommend contacting them and seeing how busy they are. Lucy the owner and her staff are really great at squeezing people in. They will take really good care of you. Lucy has been cutting my hair for over 20 years and everyone there treats you like family.
They do perms here. Lucy and teddy are amazing. I would contact them during business hours and see what they charge.
It will depend on the amount of colors that you looking to add. Average cost is between 100.00 to 150.00. All of the stylistcare seasoned veterans an will treat you with the utmost respect. I have been going here for almost 20 years. They will take very good care of you. Give them a call.
