Horrible experience she did my hair and then I called the next day and told her this is not what I wanted she said she would fix for free and didn’t I asked for some of my money back because she did so bad and she got mad very unprofessional my hair is falling out after I paid almost 2,000$ if she is wrong and messed up on your head she doesn’t care so I’m taking her to small Claims court I don’t recommend this to anybody she also makes you pay before you get anything done she very slow I was getting my hair done for 12 hours now hair coming out just horrible Service I went to others and they said she did my hair wrong

She's a nice lady but I paid over a thousand dollars for dreds and they were done so poorly. It took an entire day (which is not a problem as long as they come out how I want them!). They're were all different lengths and thickness. And when I went back for a touch up she made them even worse. I don't know how she does with other stuff but don't come here for dreds.
