I am super picky about my hair. I’ve been growing it out for the last 3 and a half years. I asked specifically for long layers and facial framing. Sarah is a very great hairstylist and it definitely looked like she knew what she was doing. Unfortunately, she just didn’t listen to what I said. I specifically showed her the shortest length I wanted and she cut it six inches past that to a length I told her I did not like and did not want. Now I have hair shorter than I wanted with no layers and barely visible facial framing because she forgot and then just cut very light strands at the end and I hate it. I’m extremely sad and disappointed as I had very high hopes for both this salon and my stylist.

DO NOT GO HERE. My friend went to Lunatic fringe south temple and they ripped her off completely. English is her second language and she has not lived here long, she decided to dye her hair and they charged her $1200!! For some reason two stylists worked on her hair and did not tell her that she would have to pay more that way, it took them 6 hours, and her hair is short above the shoulders. I have been trying to help her resolve why they charged her so much and the managers WILL NOT call me back. I even called and asked for an estimate to dye my whole head and they said $300-$600. I believe they took complete advantage of her.
