Went in today to address an online order, I wanted to just to cancel the order, so I went into the store to do it. The cashier, Angela, literally grabbed a piece of scrap paper and wrote my last name down and said she'd take care of it. She was very abrupt and not customer friendly at all. 2 hours went by, I called and asked to speak to a manager, Angela informed me that she was a supervisor, spoke to Angela and asked about my return which I never received any confirmation for. Angela stated that she had lines out the door, which surprised me since there was only one other person in line when I was there. Because of how busy she was and because she has 25 other returns to make, she was waiting until the end of the day to do them. I informed Angela that I wanted my return not at the end of the day, but now. It seems odd to me that rather than just make the return while I was there, since there was only one other person in line and two cashiers, that she wouldn't just make the return there and then. I then again informed her that I wanted my return done now, I then said thank you and she hung up on me. Yes I did receive my return confirmation in my email, but will not be returning to that store.
