Andrew was amazing and very knowledgeable. He completed a professional business evaluation for me, and I was very impressed with his detail, and the amount of work he put into it. It was definitely worth every penny. Even afterwards Andrew was willing to chat with me on the phone a number of times and answer follow up questions I had via email for no extra charge. All around he is a really nice guy, super professional, knowledgeable and from what I have seen the best in the business. He has many resources on his website that I also found to be very helpful. Thank you Andrew!

Mr. Rogerson performed a timely and thorough evaluation of our company. He was extremely helpful in explaining the various line items in the report and made sure I had a clear understanding of the conclusion. He is professional, friendly and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend his business services to anyone.

Hi Kevin, Great question. There is no hard and fast rule about how long it takes to sell a business but here are a few things to consider. Only about 25% of businesses actually. The reason so many businesses don't sell is because a business owner tries to sell when the business is going through change, the industry is changing quickly, the seller is too much part of the business so a buyer feels uncomfortable replacing them and much more. Other reasons include poor financial statements making a business uncomfortable, a difficult landlord with a lease, a special license to own and operate the business and a buyer getting finance. I hope this helps answer an interesting question. Thanks,
The answer to how easily your business will sell depends on so many variables. What are the quality of your financial statements, is your business an essential or non-essential service and therefore effected by COVID-19, what is the price you expect to get for your business, would a buyer be able to qualify to get finance to buy your business and so much more. Only about 25% of businesses actually sell so doing things carefully are important if you want to attract the right buyer.
Thanks Morgan for question. To give you an accurate answer I would need to better understand your business, its strengths and weaknesses and much more. It takes an average of 8 months to sell a business but only 25% of businesses sell. You are welcome to contact me if you have follow up questions. Thanks again.
