John Bridges is an amazing guide who helped me get back in touch with my true spirit. I refer to him as a guide because I always felt that I had control of the experience and could stop it at any time. This was one of my initial concerns of hypnotherapy. That feeling evaporated quickly as I understood that John’s intention and passion is to help people live life to the fullest without limiting fears and self-doubt. Even though my awareness was always intact, I felt a transformation which continued through and now beyond the 6 sessions. John is deeply dedicated to helping his clients achieve their goals. Because he is highly skilled in his methodology, and he is a very good listener, it feels natural to trust the process. I had 6 sessions with John. He was very patient and generous with his time. Sessions were never rushed. The longest session was 3 hours and the shortest 90 minutes. During each session, John helped me to relax so that he could take me into my subconscious mind. With each session I could tell that I was going deeper and deeper into finding my way. I really appreciated the targeted homework John gave me. His specific questions led me to discover what I needed, which was a bit different than what I initially came to him for. It was so much more profound and so much more important. Interestingly, and also reinforcing the idea that I was in control of these experiences, was the fact that John never needed to see or hear about my homework. It was for me alone. He was, afterall, working with my subconscious. I don’t really understand the process he uses, but I can say that I felt better after each session. Now a few months later I feel like a happier, secure, capable person who doesn’t need constant reinforcement to feel good about life. It really is a huge transformation for me. My favorite thing to say about this experience is that John Bridges helped me to feel like I belong wherever I find myself and that I can handle any situation with confidence. Thank you, Heidi

I want to give a big shout out to John at Bridges Hypnosis! Not only is John a wonderful hypnotherapist, he’s an exceptionally kind and caring individual. John took his time with me, really getting to know me. He devoted time and energy into helping me with the core issues I was seeking help for. Trained as a hypnotherapist myself and having a lot of experience in the world of hypnotherapy, I can confidently say that John is one of the best!

I cannot fairly describe the kind of impact Mr. John Bridges has made in my life! I’ll try to give you an idea though… Right after my free orientation, I knew I was stepping into an experience that would shift everything for me, and I was right!!! I committed to 6 sessions up front because I was very serious about the changes I wanted to see in myself and in my life. and I am now writing this review just shortly after my very last session. I can tell you this much. I am not the same person I was when I started this journey. My level of confidence and self awareness has changed me entirely. I feel lighter than ever before. I no longer feel sorry for myself, or feel wronged by anyone. I feel way more in control of my emotions and my reactions to things/people. I care more about where I’m heading and what I’m doing about it. I finally feel like I love who I am, where I’m at and where I am going without this sense of loss, urgency or fear it won’t work out. I’m enjoying the moments more and more. The best part is that I’ve built a relationship with the one person I know I can count on no matter what happens, the one person I know will always have my back, be there when I fall, and lift higher than before every time. This person has been with me through it all and will be there when I take my last breath. This person is ME! And it feels great to have my best interest. I’ve never valued myself like I do now. I’ve also been landing incredible opportunities in my career, been putting myself out there like never before and have reached some milestones I’ve been aiming for, for years. It’s an incredible feeling, being able to step through a NEW door in life, SHUT the door behind you, put on a LENS you’ve crafted specifically for yourself, take a strong grip of the reigns of your own life and gallop FORWARD with confidence. That’s just a part of what I got going through this experience and I am FOREVER GRATEFUL! Thank you John Bridges! From the bottom of my heart! Thank you for all you do for people! To my new forever friend, thank you! Sincerely, Your forever friend, Iman

John was great to work with. I had never done any type of hypnosis before and he walked me through every step of the way. I appreciated how he explained the fundamentals of hypnosis which eased my apprehensions. I had gone to John because I'd been experiencing intense writer's block and nothing else had been working. I've never experienced this sort of progress in my whole writing career. Amazing work!

Thank you, Becky, for giving me the opportunity to address this question, as it is something I am asked frequently! In the past, most insurers have NOT covered hypnotherapy services. That trend, I am sure, is changing. However, as a certified professional, I have never accepted insurance. My reasoning has always been pretty simple: Hypnotic work involves a uniquely deep and cooperative relationship, where both parties should be fully committed to its success. I have always taken it as a strong, positive sign of the client's own commitment and desire for real change when they show they are willing to pay for my services directly.
When I was first trained in hypnotherapy over 20 years ago, my instructor surprised our class, filled with doctors and psychiatrists, by putting us all through a group past-life regression. His reasoning was both simple, and stunning, in its implications: He told us that when you are conducting what is known as, 'regression to cause', you will find that about 1 in 200 people will spontaneously regress into a past life--even if they have no belief at all in reincarnation. 'In such instances', he said, 'you better know what to do about it'. To answer your question, I would say, 'most probably'. I have conducted past-life regressions with many people. Some have even come from other states, seeking my help because they had experiences similar to your own. My recommendation is that if you are seriously interested in exploring the possibility of a past life, you should visit our website and book a free, initial consultation so I can answer your question in much greater detail.
All questions about the validity of alien abductions aside, hypnosis is often a very effective method of helping people retrieve, and then heal, painful memories. One should use caution, however, and only work with a professional who not only understands hypnotic processes, but also some of the potential dangers in using them. The primary risk in a case, such as the one mentioned here, is the potential for implanting false memories. You see, hypnosis is not only good for the recall of actual life events, but also the creation of vivid experiences that never actually occurred. Minor-seeming errors in guiding a client can lead to needless and highly damaging trauma. The bottom line is that you should only work with a hypnotist who really knows what they are doing.
Thank you, for your question! Yes, absolutely. In fact, the majority of our clients pay our fees via credit or debit card.
The short answer is, 'absolutely', as hypnosis is already widely used by the world's top performers in various fields such as acting, public speaking, and athletics. In our own practice, we regularly employ a multi-pronged approach in helping our clients conquer this challenge. Through the use of deep trance induction, advanced Ericksonian hypnosis, and a variety of specially developed techniques originally drawn from Neuro-Linguistic Programming, we can not only find the source of the anxiety, but also re-program a person's unconscious mind so that not only are they no longer afraid to perform, but actually have confidence on-demand and look forward to the experience.
