A friend of mine and I both were searching around the U.S. for a rear derailleur hanger and finding many would require a week or more to get it if at all. We independently both found it at Tree Fort Bikes and the staff verified it was the correct one. I picked mine up in person and he had his shipped. All customers and employees wear masks in customer facing areas as suggested by the CDC and required by current mandate. As it is simply good hygiene, and helpful in protecting oneself from COVID, we suggest customers and employees wash their hands frequently. Please note that this information will become out of date as the pandemic changes over time.
We do assemble bicycles and would need to assess the amount of labor needed for the particular build you have. Please call or drop by with the project.
It would be best to call to make sure our service queue isn’t full on the day you plan to drop off the bike. Typically you can just drop in with the repair, but we do occasionally need to limit the amount of backlog we have.
