Water bill is ridiculous every month and it only goes up. I completed 4 Leases with them in two different apartments. Rent paid every month on Time and never has been late. When I moved, they sent a frivolous itemized list saying that my rent hasn’t been paid in full in like ever. They never put a notice on my door and never said anything before I turned in my keys except what the rent was going up to if I stayed. Never been in an upgraded unit. Homeless people live around complex.

You have grounds to break the lease now if you have went without hot water that long. It is in violation of the Arizona Landlord Tenant Act.
