Just a suggestion GET REAL MAINTENANCE an at least try an keep your tenants somewhat satisfied.. (TO OWNER)Plz do no response to my review to make things look good. Nth has been done I've tried communicating as told. Here we are over a month later..

Good place, better with the gates. The staff is always awesome, thank you for all you do guys. The complex is growing and for the better. I've lived here going on 4 years now, had issues but nothing that wasn't taken care of. My neighbors are cool, complex is chill & homey. I enjoy the gated community we have, knowing my kids can play outside with less worry.

first off when i moved out these apartments they said they contacted me with what i owe. But i never received anything they didn't even know that i moved out when i spoke to someone.So i get a letter from collections,i inquired what for it said because damage to the tub and walls, that they needed repainted. Now first off how do you expect paint to stay on the tubs after showers for 2 years living there.Now its not like they go out and buy paint they keep it in a storage so its already paid for. They charged me for something that they do whenever someone moves out just so i wouldn't get back my security deposit.This tells me they charge whoever moves out what they have to do anyway. They changed owners/management like 4 times in 2 years so my security deposit was lost which on my lease agreement it says i 739 but they tell me it was only 150.But the letter from collections stated i owe 400 for repainting. For something they have to redo anyway i advise anyone to stay away i sent emails got no response until i kept calling then they would look at my emails while i was on the phone waiting. So basically they charge you what they have to do for maintenance after you move. Then they did a walk thru with their own staff making it a biased walk thru. If you want to lose your deposit get charged for what they have to do anyway which is cleaning repainting an unit don't move here we left our apartment in a very good shape especially being here 2 years.

well, truth is truth. They have a unbelievably beautiful young lady working the front desk, another lady that i hope is the new manager. My apartment has everything working properly now (Finally).The lady that "I Hope" is the new manager was very helpful, honest, direct, and efficient. I love coming home again. :) The property owners have invested on the property. The complex looks completely different (in a good way). This is where this stops. Management on the complex has been the most incompetent possible. Their interest on taking care of any issues has been non-existent. Most of the lighting on the complex has been non functioning for over a year. I lost my toenail on my left foot big toe because it was so dark when i arrived home. Ended up tripping on the last step. I've requested an ETA on when the lighting will be fixed and management has responded with laughter. I suggest recording (Like Me) any service request conversations. I had storm damage in my apartment back in September of 2018. After months of requesting someone fix the damage inside, they finally fixed the ceiling in January of 2019. It's now the end of February in 2019, requested they finish the job and paint the repaired area. No luck. I've requested they fix the parking issue. People occupying your assigned parking spot. Management response is "One day we'll re-paint the parking spot number again". Followed by laughter. WOW!. Do I miss the old management. These people are extremely polite, but express to you they could care less about your issues. Any issues I've ever had have always been addressed rapidly. Grisel, Monica and yummy have treated everyone including myself with the utmost professionalism, understanding and kindness. I have a observed nothing but hard work from all of the ladies in the office. Any service ticket that's ever been required on my apartment has been done in a timely manner . It's refreshing to living apartment complex where Quality of service is rated so high .

It's not safe, cars are jacked, sprayed, and scratched, ladies of the evening will steal your uber, and there are no cameras for your safety in the entire complex. ~ edit March 16~ We just had a shooting, and what we got from management is a paper clipped to our door "hey, dunno if you heard, but there was a crime. Check our lease for your rights"
