They don't clean before you move in the wiring sucks light flicker all the time.The first month the AC broke. They painted the unit above us all the fumes came in my boyfriend place and I had a severe headache and got super dizzy and I'm pregnant. These apartments are like motel 6. It's a dump and they charged 150 for one month of water which is outrageous. STAY AWAY.

Rent elsewhere these apartments don't help you with nothing even if your struggling instead they send you to court and charge you $200 of late fee and $200 for court and they make you pay that.plus maintenance does not do there job my new furniture got messed up by there leakage they didn't care. Stove don't work. They shot a man right by our trashcan we tried leaving due to not feeling safe and they told us we had to pay 2 months after if we wanted to leave

This apartment complex has been by far the worst and continues to increase to being the top of the worst apartment list. So many car break ins and no cameras working, so many vandalized property and no cameras working. Maintenance repairs take weeks to repair even though everyone is hanging out in the maintenance apartment or smoking outside. There’s loud kids unsupervised using profanity and attempting to fight other kids younger than them. People get high in the laundry room while other tenants are moving around them to clean their clothes and again no cameras working. Your vehicles get towed without explanation even when in the correct spot. The parking lot is overcrowded and no space for the ones who do live here. The front staff are careless and don’t care to hear anything you have to say. You are constantly charged some kind of fee for some outrageous thing even living here for yeaaaaarrrrsss!!!! This company and apartment complex need help. It needs TLC from genuine workers. It needs a team who’s willing and wanting. I don’t want any response from this company. I stated everything here that needs to be fixed. So fix it. I will reach corporate once again.
