I moved here about two months ago, and it is exactly what I was looking for. It is peaceful, and the other residents are friendly, plus it's in a nice area. The management and maintenance are very responsive, and also proactive in asking me if there is anything that requires service in my apartment, I'm happy that I found Maryland Greens.

My friend James just moved in a month ago and he loves it here. Carrie has been great with all of his requests and was very helpful with the whole move in process. Maryland Greens is very well cared for and that shows in how it is managed. He would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to live that is reasonably priced.

I’ve been wanting to leave a review because my experience has been nothing short of amazing since day one! I held back on leaving one sooner because I wanted to see how my first set of maintenance requests would be handled. I had quite a bit of items. While there are still some items pending I’m happy with the work that has been done so far and looking forward to the other items being taken care of. Juan showed up on the day/time I requested since I prefer someone to be there in my absence. I’m very grateful to be able to call Maryland Greens my home. Carrie and Juan are absolute gems 💎. It is a quiet complex and the grounds are kept clean and well manicured.

One of the best apartment living experiences I have had. It is an older complex that is extremely well maintained and cared for. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles that the new "luxury" apartments, but let me tell you what it has. It has superior building materials and is super quiet. It is also a small community where people interact with each other and look out for each other. There are bikes and other things on the open patios that are never locked. You will also pay significantly less for rent here than just about anywhere in Phoenix right now.
