The guy at the front desk completely lied to me said they would have a town home available in about 1 month 2 months later said he was waiting for the contractors to fix up the place so I continued to wait about 3 months later changed his story and said he could not get the people to move out. Spend over 3 months waiting for this place. Front desk is dishonest I will never stay here.

Cypresside was my home growing up in SE Ocala in the 90s-early 2000s and I couldn’t say more nice things about my time there. Ms. Pat was so incredible and kind, I think of her fondly to this day. I would go back and live there today in a heartbeat. A beautiful, safe place for families.

How much for a 2 bd?
Not that I know of...2 bed room, 1 & a 1/2 bath townhouses
You can’t hear your neighbors at all! This neighborhood is very friendly and has speed bumps all throughout the complex. With the exception of loud mufflers on cars, it is overall a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. :)
They are $775 monthly. There was a waiting list when I applied but I got into a townhouse about a month and a half later. :)
