Yes it is. I would NOT recommend moving here sure they get you in for a cheaper price but as soon as couple months your rent is skyhigh and they act friendly but they aren't. They don't care for their tenants cause of greed. You go to complain to them about a problem they don't care. This used to be a good place until they came along and destroyed it. All this place needs is new management & a health inspector from what a friend of mine told me

They just don't care. Having grills in balconies is a for code no no but yet they still get away with it like they do everything else

Rents $1563 for a 2/1 and they validate your income to make sure you can cover it by checking your bank statements and check stubs

Yes with breed restrictions, pet fee was 300 per pet up to 2 pets. Not sure if it's changed. I've been here for about 3 years.
