Called for an emergency tow off highway, had me waiting 20 minutes for a driver to even call me. When I tried to explain my location John said he didn't have time for that and to send him a GPS pin. I did and asked him to confirm he received it and called him 3 times and sent him another pin. 2 and a half hours stuck on the side of the road waiting for this company to get me and they never even asked what kind of truck I was driving, which is important cause my vehicle is lowered and all wheel drive, a dolly won't work for this truck. Trash communication from dispatch and from driver, I could of pushed my truck where it needed to go in the time I've been waiting just to get so much of a "hey, we're on the way!"
