I have never met Dr. Oraedu, so this review is from my grandmother who is a patient of his. Dr. Oraedu is responsible for my grandmother being alive today. I cannot thank him enough for his quick response to her colon surgery. This is not the first, but the second time he has saved her life, the first being from her burst appendix. He responded professionally and promptly to her medical needs and she cannot thank him enough for his actions. Dr. Oraedu saved my husband’s life! In July 2017, my husband went in for a standard colonoscopy and we were told immediately after that he had a cancerous tumor, colorectal cancer. Needless to say, we were devastated. We were recommended another surgeon before Dr. Oraedu; however, that doctor was not very hopeful of anything. Thank God for Dr. Oraedu; he gave us some hope and promised he would do his utmost best. He took his time explaining everything. Well, after a couple of months of radiation and chemo pills, my husband had to wait another couple of months before surgery. The surgery took place in Feb 2018; Dr. Oraedu used robotics which aided him in completing the surgery. Nine hours later, the tumor was removed and my husband had to have a temporary ileostomy bag, what a horrendous time in our lives. It was removed in May 2018. Today, my husband is cancer free and healthy thanks Dr. Oraedu and God.
