I have been coming to His Compassion fora couple months and have noticed the quality of foods have diminished. We see food being taken out to vehicles in tremendous amounts and the items are not the same given to the people waiting in line. A black man in a black pickup truck with a long trailer both days of each week loads his truck up with better foods not afforded to us. We are told oh we don't have any more or that or that. Yet we see your people with large amounts to the side. I believe fraud is being committed and I am reporting to the federal authorities.
