Lady at front desk didn't really seem to be happy to help me, kept calling my 4 year old daughter a "him", she is obviously a girl: long hair, girly color and patern clothes. And the lobby was blazing hot, it was 77 degrees outside and they had the heat on!

The old lady nurse was rude, telling false information, even stated numbers that were in the hospital were 90 percent unvaccinated people. Liar! Once again. I stated this is a guinea pig test run on vaccines. She stated this has been tested. When I said what is the outcome for long term effects. She got really nasty! If thinking about getting the vaccine, don't use SCHD. Liar!

My brother and I both went here for immunizations on multiple occasions. The female nurse I had was very friendly and gentle about the injections. She made me feel calm and her small talk kept my mind off the needles. However, the male nurse was a completely different experience. He literally held the syringe like a 80s slasher horror villain holds a knife. I've never been so alarmed by a shot. He actually "stabbed" me with the syringe. Like a legit stabbing motion. Pretty certain he traumatized my younger brother. Also, the reception staff aren't the friendliest, but I guess that is to be expected.

Their hours are odd but when I did get ahold of them I found out this immunization/vaccination department isn't doing vaccinations. I've needed one shot going on 7 weeks now, a titer for varicella for my employer. As it stands, there are 19 businesses in Topeka to have this done(including the health department) none of which are doing so without a primary care physician requesting it for me. I have AMAZING medical coverage through this job. And I can't continue working because of this.
