Go to the office and talk to Kaitlyn. She'll make sure a guy comes out and gets it fixed for you.
I've been living here for 6 months. Any time I have an issue I go right to the front office and usually later that day a maintenance man will come over and check the issue out. you can also go online to their renters services and request maintenance through there. I'm sorry you had this problem. Maybe you need to go to the front office and remind them of your issue. A little reminder never hurts anyone :-)
