out of all the bad reviews I have read why hasn't anybody called code enforcement on this property? when you have a contract with a company its their responsibility to up keep the property.

They just don't care. Having grills in balconies is a for code no no but yet they still get away with it like they do everything else

I called code for the mold but fl doesn't care about mold in the air cents and dish washer place is disgusting

When you call or send an email to complain about any situation they never reply you back. So they don't care as well. Is a waisting of time honestly
