Asked for over a year to have fixed black mold in the ceiling from continuous water leak in AC ducting. Office Manager is totally biased, if likes You do whatever You want but if not, takes You to court, líes, deletes people from léase so they can't Say anything in court. Roach infested, maintenance team overruled from fixing things because again, manager says not important. Vehicles broke into and vandalized by constant stream of homeless that wander through the property.

The location is great. There are shopping malls, groceries stores, gas stations and food places all around! The staff members at this complex are all very friendly. The staff members have also always been extremely helpful!
