If I could give 0 stars I would. The buildings are fine but we have lots of issues within the apartment. We had a leaking ceiling for three weeks before they finished the HOLE in my 3rd story ceiling. The staffing is INCREDIBLY rude and condescending. I’m in my 20’s and they treat my roommate and I like we are children and not grown adults with real jobs. Awful people. Don’t recommend. Also, incredibly over priced. Update: Its been 5 months since my last post and I have finally moved out. I turned in all of my keys and they keep calling me saying my keys have not been turned in even though I returned them to Brenda last week. I wouldnt want to keep the keys or ever go back because of how awful and rude they are. When I explained that I had turned them in, Megan became rude on the phone and hung up on me. Awful people. Don’t live here.

So it's been almost a year since I moved out, but I lived here from 2017-2021 with my mom. We LOVED our time at Aria! The whole crew there is AMAZING and they treated us so well in our time there. They are perfectly located by the 101 and 51, so getting anywhere is super easy. We never had any major issues with appliances or anything with the apartment, but if anything came up, maintenance was on top of it once we put a request in. We always felt safe and all our neighbors were incredibly kind. The whole complex is quiet and everyone is respectful with their noise levels. We really got lucky living here. Rent was reasonable, and they have great amenities! The pool was always clean, the gym was a pretty great size with a nice view. The only sliiiiiight con was that parking was a little rough if you lived in the units closer to the front office. I definitely got my steps in, so that's okay! Overall, I would highly highly highly recommend Aria on Cave Creek! I miss living here, so who knows, maybe I'll be back in the future! :)

I have lived at Aria since Sept 2021, and I absolutely love it. The place is peaceful, grounds are well kept, amenities are amazing, and the staff is so nice. I put in a maintenance request today and Albert the amazing maintenance technician was here in less than a hour. He even went out his way to help me with something that had nothing to do with the unit. I am so happy to call Aria home!

I moved here in 2018 and it's been about 2 years absolutely loved it! Everyone in the office is absolutely amazing from helping with leasing and day to day tasks. They are literally always on top of it. During COVID they would keep us in the loop almost weekly with new updates about amenities which was really nice to always informed. The maintenance team is great, they're always fast and efficient. I forget his name, but he always asks if I need help with my groceries or carrying heavy things (when he see's me struggling). It's so nice! Honestly this is the best apartment experience I have had. It truly is luxury living with an amazing team to back it up! *Also want to mention being a younger adult female living on her own on the first floor I have felt very safe and never had an issues with anybody.
