Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. High volume of homeless people that leave trash all over the outside of the gates and walk inside the community. Parking is first come first serve and the spaces are very narrow and difficult to park in. Appliances are out dated. It takes days for maintenance to assist you even on emergency issues. The leasing office staff is terrible and unhelpful. They do not show any empathy or concern with their tenants situations.

It is taken over by new management now and called ReNue downtown. I've communicated to one of the representative in office that i will be going to lease the apartment on month to month base. She agreed to that and confirmed the same via email.However, i was not able to pay the rent via their portal because i haven't signed a lease yet.So i signed a lease which was sent to me via email unfortunately it was a lease for year. I didn't knew this and signed it thinking it is for a year. Now I'm forced to pay 2 month's lease breakage fee and a month's rent even though i have communicated that i will be leaving in December.

I lived here for about 5 months last year. the apartment in itself is pretty great. the pool is nice and the gym has some awesome elipticals and other machines. not really any bugs anywhere and management was easy enough to talk to and were pretty quick to fix our shower but they never were able to fix our dryer. I give the place three stars really only because of location. Not a good location, lots of stray cats around (which i didn't mind) and there were always always homeless people around. I felt pretty unsafe anytime I had to walk in the complex at night. but its gated so thats good! overall a fine experience.

Day and Night Truck Sales

This Complex is great and the staff are very friendly and will help you with everything. I was looking for a studio and they had the perfect one overlooking the pool. I truly love coming home after work and hearing the waterfalls at the pool at night, very relaxing! Thanks John Mary and Jessica you guy are the best!
