She also has a very fast turn around time and makes sure your needs are addressed immediately and professionally! The entire staff is lovely and very considerate, they work really hard to keep the community clean and maintained.

The front office has been awesome throughout the whole application process. They are very responsive and knowledgeable. Melissa and Brittany has made my move very smooth, and was professional throughout the whole process. My move was very last minute, but they both worked with me throughout the whole process and made sure I would be able to move in on the day that I requested. I love the area and community too. It is very quiet and peaceful. The price is very reasonable as well with no hidden fees, like most apartments.

My son and I moved into our apartment in September and we absolutely love the community and staff. Apartments will be apartments and you have no control over what breaks or what your neighbors do however having an attentive staff like IMT has makes a world of difference. I would recommend anyone live here, they truly care :)

Lived here a year and its been horrible experience. Living here is not worry free as IMT promotes its filled with worry as issues can not be addressed. I should of never resigned lease and I am stuck. The new management is a joke. Maintenance can never fix anything on first time. I have had 3 floods in apt due to not fixing anything properly. I reported toilet, dryer and washing machine at a point and literally took 3 months to find a solution in each instance. There is nothing shining and bright. Apartments do not have ceiling fans in living space or medicine cabinet in bathroom. Aren't these things kind of basic? Note to management no one cares about a food truck on monthly basis fix things properly. Its terrible I dread speaking with the staff or putting in a request because I Know will not be handled. When I call as my apartment is flooding I can't get any immediate help, so what is the point of an emergency line? Then I am made to feel bad about calling by the employee I just can't handle its too much. Maybe you want tenants that pay their rent, and completely ignore when the walls are caving in, only to make the tenant feel the way I do. Fix stuff right and have someone live on site. Situations are reoccurring as they were not handled the first time. You not only waste employees but the tenants time, its exhausting.

Hello Mia! We are happy to report the clubhouse was not demolished...we just closed it in Aug 2019 to renovate it. Our Raquetball court is no more....however, we expanded and built out a huge gym over the Raquetball court to accommodate our 250 unit community, with brand new equipment as of June 2020.
