Went at lunch time, service was good food came out quick recommend the Checkers on the Nebraska Avenue for lunch ... lady working the window was nice but lil tuff round the edges but over all good experience..

I went through the drive-thru and an automated system took my order. I ordered a fry burger no ketchup, however the system automatically assumed I wanted a double when I wanted a single. I got up to the window and the cashier I wanted a single and not a double but she told me she couldn’t change it. I don’t know if she was too lazy, needed a manager who wasn’t available, or if it truly couldn’t be changed, but I wasn’t impressed and just went to another Checker’s about a 6 minute drive down the road. I understand trying to make employees lives easier during a labor by automating order taking, but there needs to be a system in place for when automation fails.

ive never been to this checkers before and today i decided to stop by with my 4 children and to be honest i wont ever be coming back here again. the lady at the register (Mbabene 20035) was just flat out rude from the beginning without cause. i told her i had a coupon to redeem and she became annoyed by that. she even took it as far as to snatching the coupon out of my hand for no reason it was unbelievable! she then turned around and said the coupon was not working and could not be redeemed ( coupon was not wrinkled and did not expire until 6/5/2022) when i requested to have one of my sandwiches customized she huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes in front of me seriously! and started talking about me to the other coworker out loud. i requested the other employee there to please give my coupon another try to redeem and guess what?! it went through with no problems go figure! right? and when it came for me to pay for my order she did not want to even reach out to get my debit card. to top it all off my entire order was all wrong!! i ordered 4 big bufords and 2 classic mother crunchers you know what she gave me?! 4 all american cheeseburgers and 2 spicy chicken sandwiches WHY????! she completely ripped me off 100% PLEASE dont hire people that hate their jobs that bad and/or are racist towards hispanics. and i say this because the customers that were of african american she was treated with decency but when it came to me the only hispanic there she absolutely made sure to make an onvious point and all this in the presence of my 4 small children which to me was a very low blow. i left out of there with my feelings hurt but most of all appalled and disgusted.

I went to Checkers last night, not only did I stay in line for 1 hour. They gave me raw chicken. I didn’t realize until I was eating on my way home, and I’m like this doesn’t taste right. I turn on the car light and this is what I saw. Now this morning my stomach has been so uneasy. Never going to a checkers again.

I have never experienced that but anything is possible. I wish fast-food spots paid more because we use them each day all day in every state in every social class in alot of countries out the US. I imagine if we all got together and demanded higher wages or we boycott every weekend all fast food, the change would come quickly. Power in numbers..but instead most of us just liking and dis liking on social media. Mrs Green I suggest the temple terrace or 50th street and 7th Ave checker's! They are always on point!
