The staff at this office are amazing! They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and made the check-in process super easy. I was brought back to a room within just a few minutes, and was extremely impressed by Dr Connolly's bedside manner. He explained everything in depth, and listened to everything I had to say. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a doctor's office before!

The staff was very friendly in greeting me as I arrived. Dr. Connolly was thorough but efficient in his examination, and as one might expect was extremely knowledgeable about skin conditions and able to answer my questions. I was in and out quicker than expected but didn't feel like it was rushed. I'd definitely recommend them for new patients.

My appointment at Optima dermatology today was a very pleasant experience. Starting with paperwork and a review of my prescriptions then a very quick efficient exam and treatment. A quick chat on how to treat my skin. And on to payment which through Medicare had no copayment. I would highly recommend this for anyone to get yourself checked out yearly. Great staff very efficient and professional.

An excellent experience! I received a mailer introducing Dr. Connolly and decided to make an appointment since I was overdue. I really appreciated being able to book a visit without waiting for several months. The staff and Dr. Connolly were very professional and friendly. The exam was thorough and moved right along—but was not at all rushed. (I had been going to another dermatology group for years and no one before today had ever suggested a (visual) body scan. All questions asked and answered. :-) Highly recommend. See you in a year!
